BYOB - $1500 Darkhorse Mobile Bars offers up to 5 hours of bar service, including two professional bartenders, insurance, travel within 50 km, setup and prep time, and a 1:1 consultation with a complete shopping list. A pre-event site visit is also included. Included:

Open Bar - $1500 + $45/person Our Open Bar package delivers a seamless experience where your guests enjoy unlimited drinks, all covered by the host. It includes everything from our BYOB package, plus: Additional Inclusions:

Cash Bar - $500 + $3,500 minimum spend* Guests purchase their own drinks while enjoying the full Darkhorse experience. Includes a professional bartender, a fully stocked bar, and smooth, efficient service. Note: A $3,500 minimum spend applies for private events. If not met, the host is responsible for the difference. Depending on the situation, for public events, the minimum spend can be waived. Also, you cannot operate a cash bar legally at your home.

Think everything you need to make a killer Caesar (Clamato, rimmer, hot sauce, Worcestershire, lime) plus extras like grapefruit juice, pineapple juice, lemonade, lime juice, lemon juice, simple syrup, and more. Pricing may vary depending on the complexity of the cocktail.
🧊 Ice – $3/person(Required) We’ve got the ice covered—plenty for cocktails and to keep your beer and wine perfectly chilled all night long. No last-minute corner store runs needed.
💧 Water Station – $2/person(Required) A self-serve water station with plastic cups to keep guests hydrated and happy.
🍷 Table Wine Service – $3/person(Required) We'll go table to table during dinner, offering wine to guests. Simple, smooth, and elevated.
🥂 Champagne Toast – $4/person(Required) We’ll pour and serve the champagne you provide, including plastic champagne flutes. Cheers!

🍷 Glassware – $1.50 per glass(Required) If you’re going for that elevated look, glassware is the way to go. We’ll outsource and bring in wine glasses, rocks glasses, highballs—whatever your menu needs.
Note: Glassware service requires an additional bartender to handle clearing and collection throughout the event.
